Plain-language promise

Your ERP business database, attachments, accounting data, customer records, and employee data remain on your server.

Soviez.sh does not require your ERP business data to be sent to Soviez in order to keep the system running.

An existing ERP installation continues operating even if Soviez services are temporarily unreachable.

What Soviez may receive (when you start an operation)

Only when you run a connected operation (for example device authorization, new install, update, or Stage create), Soviez may receive minimal technical metadata needed to authorize that operation—such as device public key material, fingerprints, operation identifiers, and release digests.

DataSent to Soviez?
Business database / filestoreNever
Accounting / CRM / HR recordsNever
Device private keysNever
Permanent Docker registry passwordsNever
Activation secrets in logs or command linesNever

Image download

When install or update downloads an approved ERP image, Soviez.sh uses short-lived, pull-only access bound to an exact release. No permanent registry credentials are stored on your server for day-to-day use.

Support and Stage entitlements

Support coverage and Stage entitlement are commercial/authorization concepts. They do not:

  • shut down a running ERP
  • delete your business data
  • require continuous phone-home from ERP

Support/update entitlement affects access to future updates and support capabilities. Stage entitlement expiry blocks new Stage lifecycle operations; it does not automatically delete an existing Stage.
