| Production | Your live ERP environment serving real business operations |
| Stage | Isolated non-production copy for testing changes before applying them to Production |
| License | Commercial entitlement that authorizes one Production environment |
| Device | Cryptographic identity of the host bound to your License |
| Production Slot | One Production per License — enforced by Soviez |
| Technical Support | Optional annual coverage for support access and product updates |
| Update entitlement | Permission to apply new ERP releases (typically included with active Technical Support) |
| Stage entitlement | Permission to create and manage Stage environments |
| Migration Token | Authorization to move a License from one server to another |
| Offline Bundle | Signed package for air-gapped ERP updates |
| Quarantine | Restricted validation environment for untrusted backups before Production use |
| Recoverability protection | Before Stage cleanup, Soviez ensures a final backup path exists so data is not lost without confirmation |
| Local backup | Backup stored on the host — useful for restore, but not a substitute for off-site disaster recovery by itself |
| Operation | A long-running task (install, update, restore, migration) tracked by Soviez with reattach and recovery support |
| Exact release | A specific signed ERP version ID — required for Production updates (no floating “latest”) |
| Image delivery service | Soviez infrastructure that provides short-lived access to download approved ERP images |
